i. The Heart
Where secrets are kept,
I cast a lace veil,
They dwell in the depths,
Of a hidden layer,

Beneath my surface,
Above my soul,
A treasure chest of purpose,
Sprinkled with flakes of gold,

A fragile vessel,
How does it endure?
All the emotions it wrestles,
While still remaining pure,

Each beat sings a melody,
Sheet music of humanity’s art,
Four chambers dance in unity,
In the innocence of my heart.

ii. High Heels
I love wearing heels,

A womanly weapon on my feet,
Powerful and confident it feels,
To walk so fierce yet so sweet,
They turn the ordinary walk,
Into a strut along the street,
And a shy soft-spoken talk,
Into a song that never skips a beat.

Combining elegance with pace,
And ethereality with style,
Each leg moves forward with grace,
People look over and smile,
Radiance is glowing through my face,
Heart is feeling free and wild,
Body is eager to take up space,
In these high heels, I could walk a thousand miles,

So may these streets be my runway,
Each corner holds a moment to shine,
In high heels, I claim the day,
Pointy toed and red like wine,
So stay out of my way,
In high heels, the world is mine,
And I’m not here to play,
Because nothings more precious than time.

iii. Him & Her
She lays on his chest,
He pulls her in close,
She shuts her eyes to rest,
He kisses her nose,

Breaths exhale in unison,
Hands conjoin in comfort,
He is to her like medicine,
His touch erases her hurt.

iv. Honey, I'm home
Gooey golden delight,
Nature's potion ignites,
He drools at first sight,
His tastebuds it excites,

Drips on the tongue,
A moment's bliss,
Song goes unsung,
As it seeps down his abyss,

A sweet reminder,
Of the labor of love,
She is divinely her,
Sent from above,

Silky caress,
A symphony of flavor,
His cravings confess,
For this honey he savors.

v. Attention, Attention!
She stands with quiet grace,
A thousand eyes on her,
Admiring her angelic face,
Then why is she unsure?

Of the ethereal beauty that she holds,
Her heart’s a hidden sea,
Makeup is done so feminine and bold,
But she struggles to simply feel and be,

She seeks not just a fleeting glance,
But a love that understands,
That in her quiet, gentle stance,
Her essence blooms larger than land.

vi. To Be a Woman
To be a woman means everything.

To aggressively love,
To passionately hate,
To push and to shove,
To intrinsically create,

With grace like a dove,

To silently scream,
To wear a thousand faces,
To loudly dream,
To stand out in crowded spaces
With beauty and gleam,

To hold fierce yet tender eyes,
To dance on the edge of cliffs,
To nurture hope where doubt lies,
To loosen bodies that've become stiff,
To metamorphosize and constantly say goodbye,

To rise and fall, then rise again,
To carry joy, to bear the pain,
To care for our men,
To help release them of their chains,
To chase the old Japanese concept known as zen,

To weave through storms with courage so bright,
To shine in darkness,
To be the light,
To combine softness with boldness,
To be too familiar with the psychological concept known as fight or flight,

To heal, to learn, to break the mold,
To love with fire,
To hold stories untold,
To motivate and inspire,
To put it simply, to be a woman means to carry a heart of gold.

vii. Inspired by Victoria
In suffragette marches where women would fight,
With picket signs raised up high,
Banners held strong and spirits alight,
Suppressing their anger and hiding their cries,

Rewriting history with a steady hand,
When dreams were worth fighting for,
In every writing their courage was grand,
In every speech their voices would soar,

They broke the chains that once confined,
In literature, in science, in every sphere,
In every victory, their strength is defined,
Their brilliance shines bright and clear.

viii. Yoni Embodiment
The yoni, a temple soft and wise,
A sacred space where secrets sleep,
A well of power wetter than cries,
Hides in the stillness of the body so deep.
